Questions before you enroll.

What is the difference between the Beginner and Advanced US bookkeeping course at Daxable Academy?

Both tracks cover core US bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online, preparing US GAAP financial statements, AI-assisted bookkeeping, and 1099 basics, and both include the Intuit exam access, placement assistance, and a DaxHive certificate. Beginner is 6 weeks (₹9,500); Advanced is 12 weeks plus a 1-month paid internship for top performers (₹17,500) and adds the full US tax & payroll forms module, QuickBooks Online Payroll certification, the Freelancer Career-Launch guide, and a longer 30-day money-back window (Beginner's is 7 days).

Does the Daxable Academy course include an internship?

The Advanced track includes a 1-month paid internship with DaxHive for top-performing students — limited seats per cohort, with the stipend shared at offer. The Beginner track does not include an internship.

Does the course teach US payroll and tax forms?

Both tiers cover 1099 basics. The Advanced track adds the full forms module — W-9, W-8BEN, 1099-NEC/MISC, W-4, W-2, and Forms 940/941 — plus QuickBooks Online Payroll certification prep. W-8BEN is the form every Indian freelancer signs to work with US clients.

Will I get access to class recordings, and what if I miss a live session?

Yes. Every live class is recorded and posted to your learning portal, so you can revise any time — and if you miss a session, you simply watch the recording later from the portal. Advanced students keep portal and recording access for one year after the course; Beginner students have access through the 6-week program.

Are notes and study materials provided?

Yes — notes, practical worksheets, weekly assignments, and projects are all on your learning portal, and you get hands-on QuickBooks Online access. It's a practical, job-ready course built around real US bookkeeping work rather than pure theory, so you graduate ready for freelance or self-employed work.

Can I start with Beginner and upgrade to Advanced later?

Yes. Start with Beginner (₹9,500) and pay the ₹8,000 difference to move to Advanced any time before the end of Week 6 — your ₹9,500 is fully adjusted, so you only pay the ₹8,000 balance, never the full fee again. Both tracks share the same first six weeks, so when you upgrade you continue straight into the Advanced weeks from where Beginner ends — you don't repeat anything or start over.

See all 16 questions

Is there an EMI or installment option?

The Advanced track (₹17,500) can be paid in three monthly installments of ₹5,835, set up as an auto-debit subscription from your debit or credit card — just let us know in advance so we enable it. The Beginner track (₹9,500) is a one-time payment; if you'd rather spread the cost, you can start with Beginner and pay the ₹8,000 difference to upgrade to Advanced later.

How long is the course and how much time does it take?

There are two tracks: Beginner is 6 weeks and Advanced is 12 weeks (plus a 1-month internship for top performers). Both run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — about 6 hours a week — in a Morning (6–8 AM IST) or Evening (6–8 PM IST) batch, with assignments between sessions.

Who is this course for?

Aspiring US bookkeepers, commerce/finance graduates, accountants, and career-switchers who want remote work with US businesses. No prior US-accounting experience is needed — we start from fundamentals. Excellent English is required.

What are the eligibility requirements?

Excellent spoken and written English (you'll work with US clients), a commerce/finance background or a genuine aptitude for numbers, a computer with a stable internet connection, and the ability to commit around 6 hours a week for 12 weeks.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, on both tracks. If you cancel before your batch starts, you get 100% of your fee back, no questions asked. After the start date, Beginner gives you a 7-day refund window with no conditions, and Advanced comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — attend the live classes and complete the assignments, and if it isn't for you we refund 100%. Approved refunds are paid within 30 days. Placement support is provided on both tracks, but a specific job is never guaranteed. Full terms: https://daxable.com/academy/refund-policy

What certification do I get?

The course prepares you for the Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional exam, and your enrollment includes the official exam access. You also receive a DaxHive certificate of completion.

Do you help with placement?

Yes — both tracks include placement support: resume and portfolio guidance, the job-hunt roadmap, interview preparation, and referrals where applicable. Support is provided; a specific job is not guaranteed.

How long do you support me with placement after the course, and how do I hear about jobs?

Advanced students keep platform and placement support for up to a year after completing the course, and you're added to a private WhatsApp jobs group where new US-accounting and work-from-home openings are shared on an ongoing basis. We actively help you land work — resume, portfolio, interview prep, and referrals — but, as with any training, a specific job or income is never guaranteed.

How much does it cost?

The Beginner track is ₹9,500 (50% off ₹19,000) and the Advanced track is ₹17,500 (50% off ₹35,000, EMI available) — both all-inclusive, founding-cohort pricing. You can upgrade from Beginner to Advanced later for the ₹8,000 difference.

Do you offer a demo or trial class before I enroll?

We don't run a separate demo class, but we host a free live workshop from time to time where you can experience the teaching style, see the curriculum, and get your questions answered before you decide. See the next date and register free at https://daxable.com/academy/workshop.
