By accessing or using Daxable's subscription software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Daxable provides custom software development on a subscription basis. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Revisions are unlimited as long as the subscription is active.
Upon completion of 24 consecutive months of subscription, full Intellectual Property (IP) ownership of the developed codebase transfers to the client. Immediate buyouts are also available subject to a separate agreement.
You may pause your subscription at any time. Cancellations require a 30-day notice.
