Daxable monthly bookkeeping includes reconciliations, close, management-use financial reports, QuickBooks workflows, and records organized for your CPA. Cleanup, catch-up, reporting detail, and transaction complexity are scoped during discovery.
Yes. Daxable can scope management-company books, property and owner records, management fees, vendor bills, security deposits and owner reporting. Where applicable, trust-bank balances are reconciled to control accounts and owner or property records. Your team retains payment approvals and responsibility for state-specific requirements.
Yes. Daxable first reviews the overdue periods, bank statements, accounting records and unresolved balances. Cleanup is scoped separately, with missing records and a realistic handoff identified before recurring monthly bookkeeping begins.
Yes. A dedicated Daxable-employed team member starts at $1,500 per month, separately from monthly bookkeeping plans. Daxable employs and manages the person with US management and an India-based back office. Duties, working hours, communication and backup coverage are agreed before work starts.
Daxable can scope work around client-provided AppFolio reports and exports alongside a client-owned QuickBooks Online file. Discovery establishes which system owns each record and what needs reconciling. Daxable is independent of AppFolio. Daxable does not prepare or file income-tax returns or provide legal advice, audit or attest work.
