Existing enrollments retain the refund terms accepted when registering. Every approved refund is 100% of the fee you paid — we don't deduct a cancellation charge. Refunds are paid within 30 days.
Before your first live class — 100% back
If you change your mind before the first live class of your selected course and batch, email your request and we'll refund the full course fee. You don't need to give a reason.
After your batch starts
All three new Academy offers: request a full course-fee refund within 14 days after your first live class starts. Email academy@daxable.com from your registration address. Your request timestamp determines whether it is inside the window. Existing students retain their accepted terms.
How refunds are paid — within 30 days
Once we approve your request, the refund is paid within 30 days, back to the account or payment method you originally paid from. Keep your request and approval confirmations. If it will be quicker, it'll be quicker — 30 days is the outer limit, not a target.
How to request a refund
Email academy@daxable.com from the address you enrolled with. WhatsApp is available for help; submit the refund request by email. Include your name, phone number, which track you joined, and roughly when you paid. We'll confirm your request in writing so you have a record of the date.
Your request counts from the day you send it — not the day we reply. So if you're close to the end of your window, send it and we'll sort out the details afterwards.
What this guarantee is — and isn't
The money-back guarantee is about the course, not the outcome. The Advanced career pathway includes placement assistance — resume and portfolio help, the job-hunt roadmap, and interview preparation — but a specific job is never guaranteed, and we don't offer a refund on the basis of not finding one.
The free workshop is free, so there's nothing to refund there.

Can I get a full refund before the course starts?
Yes. New enrollments in any of the three Academy offers qualify for a full course-fee refund before their own first live class. Use the dated timetable for the course and batch you selected; the Pathway and standalone courses start on different dates.
How many days do I have to request a refund after the course starts?
New enrollments in US Bookkeeping Pathway, QuickBooks Mastery and Property Management Bookkeeper Specialist have 14 days after the first live class starts to request a full course-fee refund. Previously accepted terms remain unchanged.
How long does Daxable take to process a refund?
Approved refunds are paid within 30 days of approval, to the account or method you originally paid from. Keep the confirmation of your request and approval for your records.
How do I request a refund from Daxable Academy?
