Every approved refund is 100% of the fee you paid — we don't deduct a cancellation charge. Refunds are paid within 30 days.
Before your batch starts — 100% back, both tracks
If you change your mind at any point before your batch's start date (the current cohort begins 3 August 2026), tell us and we'll refund the full fee. You don't need to give a reason.
After your batch starts
Beginner (₹9,500): you have 7 days from the start date to request a full refund. There are no conditions — if it isn't what you expected, just tell us within the week.
Advanced (₹17,500): you have 30 days from the start date under our satisfaction guarantee. We ask you to give it an honest month first — attend the live classes and complete the assignments — and if you still don't find it valuable, we refund 100% of your fee.
The two windows differ because the tracks do: Beginner runs 6 weeks, so a week is a fair look; Advanced runs 12 weeks, so you get a full month to judge it.
How refunds are paid — within 30 days
Once we approve your request, the refund is paid within 30 days, back to the account or payment method you originally paid from. It can take that long because we have to reconcile the GST charged on your original invoice before the money is returned. If it will be quicker, it'll be quicker — 30 days is the outer limit, not a target.
How to request a refund
Email academy@daxable.com from the address you enrolled with, or message us on WhatsApp. Include your name, phone number, which track you joined, and roughly when you paid. We'll confirm your request in writing so you have a record of the date.
Your request counts from the day you send it — not the day we reply. So if you're close to the end of your window, send it and we'll sort out the details afterwards.
What this guarantee is — and isn't
The money-back guarantee is about the course, not the outcome. Both tracks include placement assistance — resume and portfolio help, the job-hunt roadmap, and interview preparation — but a specific job is never guaranteed, and we don't offer a refund on the basis of not finding one.
The free workshop is free, so there's nothing to refund there.
