After 24 months of continuous subscription, full IP ownership of the codebase transfers entirely to you at no additional cost. You can also opt for an immediate buyout of the code at any point during your subscription.
The one-time setup fee covers the essential foundational work: project architecture design, staging and production environment configuration, CI/CD pipeline setup, and provisioning your private client dashboard.
