Dedicated Talent & Full-Time Hiring Support

Daxable helps US business owners source full-time professionals for bookkeeping, project coordination and back-office operations. Find support that understands property management, construction, real estate or field services. Choose a Daxable-managed team member or candidate sourcing for a direct hire.

You built the business. You should not have to carry every task.

The books need attention. A vendor needs a reply. Your team needs an update. Hiring sounds like the answer, but finding the right person becomes another job on your list.

I help you turn that workload into a clear role, then source a professional who fits the work and the way your business runs.

What keeps landing back on your desk?

Property management bookkeeper

Month-end should not mean chasing every ledger and missing statement. Give reconciliations and routine follow-up a consistent owner, so you can see what is ready and what needs your decision.

  • Account reconciliations and close support
  • Owner, tenant and vendor records; AP/AR follow-up
  • Weekly progress and open-items updates

Construction bookkeeper

When bills, receipts and job costs arrive from different places, the numbers fall behind the work. A construction bookkeeper keeps financial records connected to the right job.

  • Job-coded bills, receipts and cost schedules
  • Billing, retainage and payroll-input records
  • Reconciliations and organized month-end reporting

Construction or project coordinator

A missing document or unanswered follow-up can hold up the next step. Give coordination its own owner, with a clear view of open actions and upcoming milestones.

  • Subcontractor and vendor follow-up
  • Bid, change-order and document logs
  • Schedule updates and items awaiting approval

Real estate bookkeeping & admin support

For brokers, investors, flippers and wholesalers, every deal brings another trail of records. Keep commissions, property costs and closing documents organized as the work happens.

  • Commission, deal and property records
  • Closing-document collection and CRM tracker updates
  • Reconciliations and agreed property or deal schedules

Home & field-service operations support

The work is finished in the field, but the paperwork is still on your desk. Connect job records, invoice preparation and routine follow-up so the office can keep pace.

  • Invoice preparation and receivables follow-up
  • Job records, materials expenses and payroll inputs
  • Routine scheduling and document coordination

Back-office & administrative support

Recurring requests should have a place to go before they reach the owner. Define an administrative role around the records, updates and coordination your team needs each week.

  • Vendor, customer and employee documentation
  • HR and payroll administration within an agreed role
  • Recurring trackers, follow-ups and status reporting

How would you like to build your team?

A Daxable-managed professional

A named team member works within your agreed role. Daxable handles employment, role training, supervision and replacement coordination. You set priorities and keep control of business decisions.

For owners who want dedicated capacity with ongoing support around the person.

Sourcing for your direct hire

Daxable helps with the role brief, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlist summaries and interview coordination. You choose, hire, onboard and manage the person directly.

For owners who want help finding talent and will run the employment relationship themselves.

A strong fit when

  • You have recurring work for a clearly defined role
  • You want a full-time professional who learns your processes
  • You can assign priorities and provide a decision-maker
  • You want visible progress and fewer loose ends to chase

Another provider may be a better fit when

  • You need on-site work or licensed professional authority
  • You expect one person to cover several unrelated full-time jobs
  • You cannot provide access, process guidance or timely approvals
  • You need an immediate hire without confirming role and candidate fit

Questions before a discovery call.

How can Daxable help me hire a dedicated professional?

Daxable starts with the work you need handled, then defines the role, software experience and schedule. We source and screen candidates, coordinate the next steps and agree onboarding. You can choose a Daxable-managed team member or sourcing support for a direct hire.

Can I hire a dedicated bookkeeper for my property management company?

Yes. Daxable can scope a full-time property management bookkeeper for reconciliations, owner and tenant records, vendor bills and month-end support. The role reflects your properties, entities, accounts and reporting needs. Trust-account work is included only when expressly scoped.

What roles can Daxable help me source beyond bookkeeping?

Roles can include construction and project coordinators, real estate administrative support, home-service operations support and back-office administrators. HR and payroll administration can be scoped where appropriate. Each search starts with defined duties and required experience.

Who employs and manages the person?

For managed talent, the team member is employed, paid, and managed by Daxable or its employing affiliate. You set business priorities and retain approvals. With direct-hire sourcing, you hire and manage the person directly; Daxable provides the agreed candidate search and interview coordination.

Is dedicated talent full-time, and can they work our US hours?

A full-time managed role reserves 40 hours per standard week. We agree the daily schedule, time-zone overlap and working calendar before the start. Meetings, training and administration use that same allocation. Part-time support can be discussed if the workload does not require full-time coverage.

How long does it take to find and onboard someone?

The process moves through a role brief, candidate review, an agreed start and onboarding. Search timing depends on the role, required experience, candidate availability and your decisions. Daxable confirms the expected timeline after discovery rather than promising the same start date for every hire.

Can you find someone familiar with AppFolio, Yardi or QuickBooks?

We use your software requirements when defining and assessing the role, including AppFolio, Yardi, Propertyware, QuickBooks and relevant construction or field-service workflows. Specific experience, access and reporting responsibilities are confirmed before the engagement.

What support continues after a managed team member starts?

Daxable provides role training, supervision, quality review and replacement coordination. You provide process orientation and business approvals. Regular updates show completed work, open items and next priorities. Leave, backup and handover arrangements are agreed during onboarding.

What should I bring to the first call?

Bring the recurring tasks taking up your time, the software your team uses, the working hours you need and what you want the person to take ownership of. A finished job description is not required.
