What is included in the free kit?

Does this connect an AI agent to my Buildium account?
No. The prompts use fictional or anonymized information that you provide to a business-approved AI tool. They do not connect to Buildium, post transactions, approve payments or certify reconciliations. Buildium’s own Lumina features and a custom Open API integration are separate options whose availability you should confirm with Buildium.
Is the tenant/PHA worksheet for every affordable-housing program?
No. It illustrates tenant-based Housing Choice Voucher receipt tracking using your approved rent split and effective dates. It does not calculate assistance, determine eligibility or replace current PHA notices. Other programs require their own procedures.
Do I need to book a call to use the kit?
