Daxable service support

Buildium bookkeeping help and onboarding.

This guide explains how Daxable's human bookkeeping service works in a client-controlled Buildium account. It is not a software installation or Buildium product help center.

Service questions

How do we start?

Book a discovery conversation. We review your Buildium setup, current records, bank accounts, properties, reporting needs, and any backlog. Daxable then proposes a written task list and cadence before work begins.

How do we provide Buildium access?

After the scope is accepted, your Buildium administrator grants an authorized user role suited to the agreed bookkeeping tasks. Do not email or submit passwords through the website. Your team controls and can remove access.

What records does Daxable need?

The initial handoff identifies bank statements, owner and property records, lease or resident support, vendor bills, prior reconciliations, and contacts who can resolve exceptions. The exact list depends on your setup and scope.

Who approves payments, distributions, and corrections?

The client retains approval and release authority for payments and owner distributions. The agreed engagement identifies who reviews bookkeeping changes and which exceptions need written direction.

What if the books are behind?

Daxable reviews the periods and records first, then scopes cleanup separately from recurring work. We do not promise a completion date or fixed cleanup price before reviewing the backlog.

How do we get service help or end access?

Use your agreed Daxable service contact for active work. For a new inquiry or a change in scope, use the contact page. Your Buildium administrator can revoke Daxable's user access when the engagement ends.

Need a person to review your setup?

Tell us about your property-management company and current Buildium books. Do not include credentials, resident data, or bank account numbers in the inquiry.
